How long does delivery take to my location?

How long is the processing time

Orders are processed and shipped out within 24-96 hours.
Note:we do not ship out on weekends.

What is the maximum delivery time?

We feel that a customer should never wait this long for their package to arrive, no matter who’s fault. SO, the maximum delivery timeframe is 60 days, which is also the limit when we start processing partial or full refund requests.

Why did only part of my order arrive

In some cases, it’s possible that your order was shipped from multiple of our distribution centers. SO, please do not worry and get in touch with our friendly care team at [email protected] to get the tracking number for your second parcel that will be arriving shortly.

Where can I find my tracking number?

When your items are shipped out, you should receive an automatic notification from the system via email providing you with a tracking number.If you haven’t received one or if the tracking number doesn’t work, no worries. Inserted a wrong address, what now?

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. We will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. As mentioned, please make sure to enter the correct delivery address, we can not be responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address. Please ensure your full address is entered correctly at the checkout prior to completing your order, as customer input errors may result in you not receiving your products(s).

Extra Shipping Cost Required

If an order is being shipped out to an incorrect shipping address, it is recommended to contact the carrier directly after an item ship to see what options might be available. For example, enrolling in UPS My Choice will allow you to track and manage your shipments. Other carriers may have their own options. If you insist on changing the address from our end, we have a fee for delivery requests to any other addresses.

Unexpected delays
